Which NPC Corp sells Prototype Cloaking Device I BPO?

I tried to google this but the only answers I got were Duvolle Laboratories and Ishukone Corporation. I went to both LP stores and didn’t see them in there. Does anyone know about this?

You don’t get them from the LP Store but from the regular market.

The BPO’s are not available through the LP store - you buy them off the market. They are seeded in stations owned by Duvolle and Ishukone.
