Who offers the Low-grade Nomad Implants (Please move topic if needed, thanks)

I was looking for Low-grade Nomad Implants in the Thukker Mix LP store, but have only been finding the Mid-grades. I see both Low-grade and Mid-grade on the market, however. But I would like to know where one finds the Low-grade Implants. My googling skills have not provided answers, however.

it seems that only way to get low-grade is through LS exploration and the time to add them to LP stores has yet to come.
