The Clusterf*** Coalition is a group that plays across multiple games. It’s a large community. I remember they had a big push a while back to get their members to all play stuff like H1Z1 and Planetside 2. They’re big on streaming and they’ve got a gaming news journal.
It’s sort of a marketing tactic. Looks better to the gaming community outside of EVE where their previous name might have proven to be a bit of a turn-off.
