Wormholer looking for a c5 corp with AU presence

Been living in WH’s for quite a while and am returning to the game after a break. Im looking for a C5-C5 static (or similar) for eventually cap ratting, preferably no monthly fleet attendance or similar, i have found it drives me away from the game for months and it previously has on multiple occasions.

Most importantly is being a friendly group and building new friendships with an active autz presence.
