sorry thats almost 5b below extractor value thats before the 5b cost to transfer the character too so id be down 10b vs extracting my self
thats 4b less than extractor value 50 extractors can be pulled out at 428m/injector profit after extractors.
You cant pay isk to transfer a character, it’ll cost you real money.
yeh you can just petition ccp with 1k plex in vault and they take the plex and transfer the character

i did it literally 18 months ago to transfer characters between my own accounts
sorry its still better for me to extract at this price id rather list it for sale to someone wanting it thats willing to pay the value of the character and the 4.5b transfer fee otherwise im losing money
