Can you help me understand your offer compared to others? I saw you offer someone with a 5 million skill character 9 billion, mine is 13,000,000 skill points. Is it all about what you can extract or not?

pretty sure u are mistaken , most likely u reviewed a skillboard of someone who I had offered 9b for a higher sp char but he choose to not take it and extract the character down to 5m.
