I’m looking to buy a focused EXPLO or ABYSS GUY character with the following core skills:

Exploration skills (required)

  • Astrometrics V
  • At least 2 of: Astrometric Pinpointing / Rangefinding / Acquisition IV+
  • Cloaking IV (Covert Ops cloak ready)
  • Hacking IV
  • Archaeology IV
  • Ability to fly an GILA cleanly with good capacitor/fitting/nav skills

  • No killrights
  • Located in *high-sec
    Unallocated SP is a huge plus

Budget: up to 8-13B ISK, depending on SP and focus.
