- Cloaking IV (Covert Ops cloak ready)

- Archaeology IV
- Ability to fly an GILA cleanly with good capacitor/fitting/nav skills
Must-have conditions
- No killrights
- Located in *high-sec
Unallocated SP is a huge plus
