How about 27 then? When the cost of the capital skill books are considered that is still less than 1 isk per 1M SPs

I understand,but the point is not skill books.If it’s a 40m-50m,It will be more than 40b or 50b,but this is just a starter , it still needs a lot of time or skillpoints.
