Looking to purchase a C2 WH with a black hole or pulsar effect. 3rd party will be used depending on price and or you go first. or we work it out as we go idk lol… budget between 500M-1.5B. more depending on if you want to move out and leave structures, if theres optimal PI. the only thing that really matters to me is that it has one of these two effects.
