This character is not for sale but I could potentially be talked into changing my mind on it. She started off as a project of mine before off grid links were removed. Since then I have just been using her as a market alt. She needs a few things but I think she could potentially be what you are looking for. One of her jump clones has republic fleet command mindlink. Also have a training clone set up in Jita.
