After mainly a focused sub cap I dont care what faction it is but it MUST have core skills and have frig/destroyer/cruiser/bc/bs to level 5 with t2 weapons and support skills. Or very very close to this and also dont mind if it has L5 in dread/carrier as long as it has all or most of the sub cap skills.
Will pay 1b per 1 mill sp for focused pilot with not much waste in skill points. Looking for pilots for up to 70b but can go alot higher for the right pilot that has all or multi faction requirements im after ( 150b )
