WTB low/mid skill Paladin marauder pilot

Hi, I would like to buy a 10-25 mil SP Paladin pilot
Amarr BS 5/Marauders 5 will be perfect. but will also consider just Amarr BS 5 pilots
Large Energy Turret 5/Large Pulse Laser Specialization 4 will be perfect, but will also consider Large Energy Turret 4-5 pilots
Good gunnery support skills are preferred but not required for offer
Good support and fitting skill are also not a must but are preferred
