I have been trying to finish a COSMOS mission and this one item seems to be perma-camped by someone every downtime in the static site. There are a few on contract but they are ludicrously overpriced. Also, there is another item in the same system “Potent Viral Agents” which is the same, it seems that the only time they spawn is after DT and someone is doing both each time.
