Must have: Assault frigate V; Precursor frigate V.
Highly preferred: related skills under Armor, Gunnery, Engineering, Social and Navigation, Level IV is fair enough, Level V is great for sure. For social it’s okay if the char does not have it, I can do it myself.
Others: BB, Hauler, targeting and scanning skills are also welcomed. No need for production, science and mining skills.
SP range: preferably 10m-20m as my budget is limited. But if there is a 30m char that really fits, I will see if I can take a shot.
