WTB Pve character for Missions(including Burners) and exploration

Hi there

I’m interested in buying a character that is focused on pve, mainly missions.

It should have the folowing:

  • Access to all Empire space(all Empire standings above -5 and security above -2)
  • Should be able to fly a Machariel, Daredevil and Garmur well with all the necessary support skills(respectively all ships and skills that are needed to run Burner missions)
  • optional: SOE standing above 5
  • optional: Able to fly Marauders, ceptors and Black ops

I was first looking to make an alt with skill injectors, but comparing prices, buying a new character is a lot cheaper than buying all the injectors.

Budget: 30 bil
