WTB PVP or Rorq Pilot 60-85m SP

Hi all, I’m looking for the best ALL Subcap PVP toon or a great Rorq focused mining toon.

Figure somewhere in the 60-85m sp range is affordable, with a bit of a stretch for those extra awesome pilots. Good name is a win!
