Mechanics 5
Science 5
Research 5
Lab op 5
Industry 5
Scrapmetal Processing 4+

Please include if the following included (but not required):
Corp or Faction standing of at least 4.0 relating to Caldari or Gallente
Science skills trained or at least injected
Posesses ability to do any of the following: Mining, Hauling, or Exploration
