I am looking to purchase a specialized sub-cap pilot that specializes in ships Battleship size and smaller. The less extra skills (mining, industry, and those related to capitals skills) the better for me.
Ideally the perfect pilot would have somewhere around 40-85M skillpoints. I am not looking for someone to grind sec status gains on, just to fly around in convenience, however I won’t rule out that a pirate either.
