As per the subject, I’m looking to buy a very high skill-point character.

As these are rare, I’m not going to list specifics, but looking for something in the range of 300 - 350m SP (maybe higher) and preferably female.

Wanting to buy to keep and play (not to strip).

For the right character, the budget is high.
