I am currently in the market to purchase a PvP/PvE capable character.
The character should be Female and have a Respectable Name. I am particularly interested in characters with a reasonably high number of skill points, ideally between 100 million and 150 million SP.
I have a flexible budget and am seeking a character to actively use and retain, rather than extract skill points from.
