I am currently in the market to purchase a PvP-capable character.
The character should be female of intaki or sebiestor bloodline and have a respectable name. I am particularly interested in characters with a high number of skill points, ideally between 100 million and 300 million SP.
I have a flexible budget (up to 500 Billion ISK) and am seeking a character to actively use and retain, rather than extract skill points from.

Its a 140m sp toon. Its worth 130b to extract alone. It has dedicated subcap focus and literally flies all subcap perfectly, Has the PNI t2 with all support skills and jdc 5. Plus it has the Intaki you want and a respectable name like you wanted. Its literally the perfect alt or even a main. I’m sorry but I think we are just to far apart. Ill keep her since I still use her often I just wanted to see if it was worth my while to sell to you since you specifically wanted those things. But it isn’t worth it for me to do sorry.
