Title says it all, it is a c6->c5, the corp uses it just as a farmhole so tons of juicy loot to collect.
They have several caps seeded but only for PVE and have no clue how to use them for PVP.
All toons in the hole are alts as well, so if you gain hole control they will struggle to put up a defense or evac. They don’t don’t have JF suitcases.
