14b for 15m SP is way too much.
You don’t have to pay if you don’t want to. I’m not in a hurry. Quite sure that after next months expansion miners are in demand and not all are this old

Absolutely right in my view.
If you can get the 1 mill skillpoint refer-a-friend applied, then sell the char, the new owner could also apply 1 mill sp too, from a different link.
And in any case 1 bill isk per 1mill sp – after 5 mill sp minimum (= 5bill) – is the going rate here atm - older alts command a premium, especially 2003 or 2004 alts.
