The math on low-SP toons is clear. Given a new character starts with roughly 1.8M (Creation + Referral), you only need ~7 injectors to hit the 5M soft cap. Injecting early maximizes your ISK-to-SP ratio before the 20% penalty (400k/injector) starts at 5M+. You can get even more SP if you inject then claim referral.

2024 character with 4.2 SP
4.2 SP less 1.8M equals 2.4M so that is 5 LSI at 750M each 3.75M cost to replicate.
Of course you need to add goodwill for standings which this character has little.
For 3.75M you can have a better character than this tomorrow since you would be picking exactly what to train vs what they choose. I have never seen a character that is trained exactly like the buyer would like. Add in you can’t even move skills since under 5M.
I would not pay over 3 M which has already been bid. Used goods are used goods. I also don’t want a new toon. Its my oppinion people don’t understand math so I was just helping the community.
