A few things to be mentioned here.
You said clean corp history while this toon got some records where clean means NPC from dob started until present.
Fully focused gall toon but really missile oriented training done and nearly 0 sp in hybrids spent. So that requre some work to be done. And in this case it can’t be 1m isk = 1m SP you’re asking for this toon.
