Yes, Bio V, Cyber V, and Scanning V have value for your niche â but for the broader market, they donât carry the same weight as, say, Carrier/FAX/Dread foundations, large weapon specs, or strong drone/fighter skills.
I get that youâre holding out for someone who loves the âperfect covert/scanning frigate alt,â and maybe that person will come along. But realistically, thatâs a very small slice of the bazaar. Most buyers who are prepared to spend 50B+ want flexibility and future growth options, not this level of specialization.
So I think my point stands: unless the market shifts or when CCP runs another 2-for-1 extractor event, youâre going to struggle to justify the premium. The broader bazaar just doesnât value niche alts at this high SP level at the same level as more generally desirable combat or capital characters.

The character is a frigate/destroyer character.
I can see now that you are blind to any reason or character which is not a hyper-focused capital pilot.
Simply because a pilot posted onto the bazaar was not one of these, youâve thought oh wow this is not normal, why are they doing this?
And to suggest that Neural Enhancement skills are not important for capital pilots⌠Sure, let me put my hyper focused dread/carrier alt somewhere I canât jump clone to, and canât use implants with. Oh, and whilst weâre at it, Iâll take the full side effects of boosters, because thereâs no point training anything to counteract these.
Youâre still assuming I want to sell this character at âa premiumâ as soon as possible.
If it sits without traction, or if I eventually decide to rip everything out for the injector profit, so be it.
If somebody sees value in the character for what they want, great.
