I’m sorry, there is some issues with transfer. I’d made ticket to transfer character via GM(ticket number #2560836). It’s still unprocessed, but if you in hurry and want to cancel trade I can return ISKs to you. If you can wait, GMs will transfer character manually

They just went silent. I asked they several times in ticket, but no answer again. I hate it. Maybe someone frome ISD can help us to make some progress on ticket? But I heard that CCP outsourced all GMs, so now the quality is very low and no one hesitates to help, unfortunately
