I highly doubt it will go over 10. The exchange rate isn’t 1:1 on SP to ISK. Its more like 0.75 to 1. I’d personally give this a ceiling of around 10 bill but it doesn’t have the correct training for me. I’d be buying like most to retask.
why would you make an offer in that case? It has perfectly fine skills to do t6 frig abyss lol and if you just want to buy it to reallocate SP then you are not my buyer lol
