Hi buddy. The reason this has very low interest is as it is massively overpriced, your Isk/SP is almost double that of characters which have sold. Then add on top it is also very niche as Mataro stated. So that’s two factors decreasing the value of this character.
For example there is a well trained 24m sp account which just sold for 19b. That’s double the SP and more relevant training. This would value yours at 9.5 - specs= 7.5 to 9 bill.
I would bid but I don’t want 8.5b tied up in a sale which is going to be long as the owner thinks its worth more than it is. I understand it has its value to you but I’m not buying you. I would be buying to retrain not use the character as is, like most.
