Check the account where the character is expected to be received. It may be a PLEX transfer. GMs have been pretty fast completing these lately. You will not receive email confirmation of a PLEX transfer.
If the character isn’t there, file a support ticket asap under account management / character transfers, asking the GMs to check the transaction. Response on potential character sale scams has been super-fast lately, often within minutes to hours.
