I disagree. There are tons of re-sellers who will make fake bits and other tricks to pump the price.
@Dart_Lady is a legitimate long-term T2 BPO collector, who is very honest, and transparent and always respects the agreement (once they are officially made).
Just check this post history. Another Damnation BPO sold for 475b as promised (there were a couple of Astartes, Damnations, and Absolutions listed here before, along with multiple t2 cruisers and t2 haulersā¦ for prices we would wish to have today).
Sure, you donāt get instant replies all the time or fragmentary info about the in-game bidsā¦ but once the deal is agreed, Dart will stand by the agreement. Iāve seen cases of Dart stalling, not replying to the highest bidders, and withdrawing the BPO, but only if the deal was not yet made. Once the deal was made, they would honor it even if the price was relatively low.
I bought several BPOs from Dart, including t2 ships and drones. I never had issues once we agreed on the deal, even if someone made a higher bid past the agreement. Sure, I also made some bids for which I got radio silence, but I donāt care about those. I am genuinely happy that once we agreed, Dart always fulfilled their part.
ps. I know a few people who definitely could pay that price for battleship-class t2 BPOs. It would be high in 2024 and insane in 2023, but not today.

Dart is legit and can confirm he is VERY VERY hard to contact sometimes.
Purchased Zealot from him (Plus many more over the years). Hate to say it but 1.7tril for 2 commandship BPOS is new ATH but this is EVE. Should motivate more people to list commandships
