I think this is just Dart’s style. But this is just my observation based on limited interctions with Dart.
Look at the Zealon BPO yesterday, it was sold within hours, there was no bidding at all. I remember when I bought Rook BPO from Dart, it was the same, lots of bids back and forth and I some point they just said they like the price and contracted it too me.
Fwiw. I really like Dart’s style in a strange way. Because it is reliable in its own funny way… but most importatnly unique. Is it cool to have some originality and character, rather than another near mechanic bidding.

Plus 1 for Dart being an honest seller. Can indeed be difficult to communicate with, but is always honest and fair. I’ll buy from Dart again anytime.

Most of us would take Prints over isk. Isk is printable and easy to acquire.

Posting here to confirm completion of the transaction with Dart and to confirm his integrity.
I had asked Dart for a grace period of 5 days to raise the liquid to complete the transaction. At any point he could have cancelled the contract and the prints would have been snapped up by the open market. But he agreed to give me the time to do so. Even after all the heat he received here.
+1 for Dart being honourable & reliable.
