Yashiro Yamamoto, CEO of YIAC (Yamamoto Industries & Co). I’ve been running corps/ops in EVE for years and kept building small internal tools to save time. At some point I figured other people probably want the same stuff, so I opened up a proper shop:
The idea is simple: tools built by an EVE player for EVE players, sold the EVE way (ISK only, automated license delivery, hosted on my own infra so you don’t touch a VPS). Everything goes through a clean
purchase flow, you click a product, log in with EVE SSO, your corp pays in ISK with a reference code, and you receive your license in Discord DM within ~2 min.
No tickets, no manual step.
First product out: Yiac JF Calculator (Discord bot)
Born out of frustration: I was tired of typing freight math every time someone asked “how much for 350k m³ to N-HK93?” in local. So I built a Discord bot that does it in one slash command, fully configurable per route.
Configurable per-route formula: volume-rate or collateral-percent, max or additive combination.
Optional rush multiplier per route.
Per-guild layout switch for /quote: system, route, or both.
/quote replies are ephemeral,channels stay clean.
Admin-only /admin-route to add, edit, remove, or list routes.
Autocomplete on pickup and dropoff.
Flexible input parsing: 30B, 1.5M, 350,000, 1_000_000, etc.
Multi-tenant SaaS: one bot, per-guild isolated data.
Remote license enforcement: every guild verifies its license against https://license.yiac.fr ; revocations propagate within an hour.
Self-service activation: /yiac-activate binds your key, no owner intervention.
Auto-redeploy on startup: new commands land on every tenant instantly.
DM queue poller: license delivery as branded embed (shared-secret protected).
SQLite persistence, trivial to back up.

Automated delivery (Corp Wallet payment)
Since EVE’s Give ISK from a personal wallet has no “Reason” field, payments must come from a Corporation Wallet (requires Accountant / Director / CEO role in your corp):
- Pick a tier on the shop → EVE SSO login → short form (Discord server ID + Discord user ID)
- You receive a unique reference code like YIAC-A3F9
- Open your Corporation Wallet in-game → Give ISK → recipient Yamamoto Industries And Co → paste the reference code in the Reason field → confirm
- My ESI poller (every 2 min) detects the corp transfer, generates your license, and the bot DMs you the key
Transfers from personal wallets are NOT detected, EVE doesn’t expose a Reason field for char→char donations, so we can’t match them to an order. Ask your CEO or corp Accountant to run the transfer.
