CBT Settlement with Ishukone and Wiyrkomi

Pursuant to the legal proceedings initiated by the former Chairwoman of the Zanbatsu Business Unit in YC 114 following acquisition of the company ‘Strix Defence and Intelligence’, and as outlined in the original corporate filing, the following settlement has been agreed upon between Zanbatsu Business Unit and the relevant parties before the Caldari Business Tribunal (CBT).

The following has been agreed to by pursuant parties involved in CBT Docket: #CBT-ZANBU-91373

  1. All intellectual property and associated rights pertaining to Project Keres shall be transferred to Ishukone Corporation.

  2. All intellectual property and associated rights pertaining to Project Algos shall be transferred to Wiyrkomi Corporation.

This settlement constitutes the final resolution of the legal proceedings and associated injunctions concerning Zanbatsu Business Unit before the Caldari Business Tribunal, bringing more than fifteen years of legal proceedings to conclusion.

Physical prototypes and associated materials were transferred from data-vaults and prototype-bays in Mies to Malkalen under the protection of a Seituoda Taskforce asset-security convoy on 22 September YC128.

Zanbatsu Business Unit extends its professional regards to our compatriots at Ishukone Corporation and Wiyrkomi Corporation and wishes them continued success in the future utilization and development of the transferred intellectual property.

All CBT court filings, evidentiary records, and associated intellectual-property documentation pertaining to these proceedings have been sealed pursuant to a House of Records injunction.

With the execution of this settlement, Zanbatsu Business Unit considers the matter closed.
