I would think they drop in the new Triglavian content, if not then CCP is definitely living up to their reputation of Can’t Code Properly.

When you side with the Trig in the Observatory Flashpoint you receive a random BPC for either the Dread, a component for the dread, the gun, or one of the ammo types.

Where do you find those sites? As well, what happens if you side with the empire?
