yeah he does still have it but you need to be nice, its in null sec and he assumed i was gonna gank him on the way to high sec after offering 4 bil for it vOv
(he wanted me to put a payment down on it, I asked what guarentee i would have that he would actually take it to high sec, he closed the chat window)
