1 billion isk reward

Looking for someone wh can find a solution to my issue i having with my game.
You see when i dock in an upwell structure i do the Inventry tab > Shift click to open item,ship and corp hanger > Move the new windows to where i want them. I then go on about my daily business and when i dock back up the item,ship hanger windows are not showing but the corp hanger stays. It is happening on all of my accounts.
Sooooo i will give out 1 billion isk to whoever can give me a solution that works.

Please post here as i lost interest to log into the game atm :frowning:

Try locking them in place the they should stay there for you. If they are already locked it would be better to report it as a bug.

I wonder if @Chad_Frostpacker can help. :thinking:

First check if your windows are being minimised.

Also try using hot keys to see if that solves the issue you currently see.

Thanks for the replies but neither of those have worked. Bug report filed a few days ago. :frowning:

Offer still valid

Backup your overview settings to bio. Spin up a windows Sandbox, run a eve in that, reset your settings in that, see if it helps, if it does, clear your eve cache folders and reset settings on the main pc.
If the problem was fixed in the sandbox but not on your pc, then remove eve and all hidden cache folders and reinstall.

(you are working out if it is a client issue or a server/engine issue)

If the issue persists in the sandbox you are SOL. It’s probably a anti botting measure.

I had previously completely removed eve and anything i found associated with eve from my comp. Installed a fresh copy and started new profiles. Still have the same issue but now it seems on all except 1 of my accounts. What do you mean when you say You are SOL ? Also i googling how to do what you said with the windows sand box .

aye, sandbox or virtual machine - a fresh copy of windows in a box.
To are just trying to use a clean environment so you know it’s not something to do with your local OS.
