With all this scarcity and CCPs rmt scheming I was wondering if there are groups which are almost exclusively active on the test server where a constant stream of PVP is affordable.
Why would I want to be on TranQ, having to farm ISK when all I want to do is to PVP in the first place. Are there any Sisi PVP groups ?
