You are way off capitals, I dont mean caps anyway. At least you have arty skilled and some beam medium. But still very weak for a 175mil SP char.
You were asking for a price check so that is what I personally consider when I buy chars for expample

That’s ok, it different for each person. I sold it above the buyout price to someone who thought it was perfect for what he wanted.
