That’s only because CCP forced caps out of High Sec. That was not a player made decision. High Sec players didn’t one day decide, “You know what? I really don’t like flying my capital ship in High Sec.” It was done as a carrot on a stick ploy to get more people into Null Sec.
And over and over again people fly frigates in Low and Null. In High Sec, people use expensive implants and fly expensive ships.
I don’t know why it’s even a discussion. I don’t see Orca fleets with Exhumers mining gas in Low Sec. I see lone Ventures. I will accept a screenshot of that though. That’d be a pretty ballsy move for Low Sec.
Caps were never deliberately allowed in highsec to begin with.

Yesterday you didn’t know why putting a cruiser/BC sized shield booster on an Avalanche didn’t make any sense. There’s a lot that you don’t know, and your unearned confidence in your ignorance makes you slow to learn.
You don’t see that because rolling around with a fleet of big slow ships to huff sites that have, at most, 6000 units of gas in them would be extremely stupid and would spend most of its time idling. It’s a poor value compared to afk-in-a-venture.
You will see huffing hulks in J-space, though the Orca remains a poor choice of booster there (see if you can figure out why).
I feel like that was clearly established when I first explained why you don’t see this in low sec but you do see it in J-space, yes, but great job barely keeping up.

Despite the fact that you can buy the SOE Burst and it has the same stats of the T2 version…
it also uses less CPU… so you don’t need Lv5 to get out. Sure it costs more… as all SOE stuff…
The SOE Expedition Burst is being sold at 260Mil, that is 4X the Lp price to get it from the SOE shop. This is how much NORMAL people VALUE SOE LPs on AVERAGE.
So the 250K BPC should be sold for NO LESS than 1.250 Mil, or 1Bil and 250Mil.
My Contract is still up for 1.5Bil… Anyhone selling it for less than that is doing market war.

According to posts made BEFORE this expansion, people were saying 1 LP = roughly 1,000 to 2,000 ISK. This means that the Odysseus BPO should be 250,000,000 to 500,000,000 + whatever the ISK on top of it is- I think it was 250,000 LP + 1.5m ISK….
So maybe 251,500,000 to 501,500,000 ISK for the Blueprint.
But AFTER the expansion, it seems to have gone up to 10,000 ISK per LP.
The BPC is 250,000,000 isk + 250,000 LP, so at 1 billion, it’s 3000 isk/lp (less taxes/fees). Closer to 5000/lp at current prices if you build the BP and sell the ship instead (again, less taxes/fees).
Nah, although a very impressive it will be the loot pinata, everyone will go after that to be slits to get on that KM, like dreads, you need protection flying that expensive monocle.
