2 different resolutions problem

I have two monitors with different resolutions (main - 1080p and second 1440p)
I am unable to play on fixed windows with those two different resolutions…
Any solution for it?

Now even fixed window is broken. It set up resolution to 1920x802.

I have a Laptop screen 1440p and a QHD Monitor. It would be nice to pop out the windows and have them on the Laptop screen if this is possible.
