2 week for a response from support?

Hi there,

I’ve now had a ticket open for 2 weeks with no reply and was just wondering this was the norm ?!?!?!?

Go to the support website. There you’ll find a way to chat with CCP rep. There is a chat thingy down on the right of the page.
They helped me yesterday.
