Hi, I’m a returning player who is basically looking for a retirement home. A casual corporation that I can help out and participate when I’ve got time. Here is what I’m looking for in a corp:
Operates in a USTZ - (22:00 - 7:00 EVE Time)
No mandatory fleet ops or other participation requirements - While I love helping out and going on ops, sometimes I just don’t have the time or energy to dedicate to those multi hour long ops and don’t want to be pressured into not logging in if don’t feel like participating in a CTA… as is common in some groups I’ve been apart of. Sometimes I just want to login for a tad bit and chill.
No demand to be in comms - I understand during certain activities such as PvP fleets and when it is very much needed, but sometimes I’m just chatting with IRL friends in another discord or listening to an audio book while doing casual activities. That said I most likely will be in comms more often than not.
Mature and friendly group first a foremost. It’s a game and at the end of the day I’m here to have fun. Not looking for a hotheaded enviroment where people rage over losing pvp or chewing members out over losses on a KB.
Based in Hi-Sec or Low-Sec - I’m not trying to move all my stuff or get myself stuck out in null-sec right now. While I am not 100% against the idea of moving to WH or Null-sec, usually those groups don’t meet the above points I’m interested in, but if you believe you do then I may be persuaded.
Now for what I can offer a corporation:
200m+ SP Main - Focused exclusively on combat, can fly nearly any combat ship in the game with near perfect skills if not perfect.
A number of alts including a dread alt, fax alt, mining alt, hunter alt, etc. - While I don’t plan activating omega on any of these, except maybe one, initially. Depending on the need and projected activitiy an alt might get I will activate them accordingly.
Completely self-sufficient - Don’t require a corporation to provide any sort of specific content to sustain myself isk wise.
A mature and calm attitude - I’m not one to ever lose my temper, especially in a game. I always treat others with respect and how I would want to be treated.
New bro friendly - If your a new or growing corp, well I’m more than happy to provide help with what I’ve learned over the years and work with you to achieve goals. Some of my favorite times in Eve were not the big fleet battles, but growing as small group into something more.
The drive to work as a group - At this point in Eve I’m less about grinding to make myself isk and more about working as a group and, always willing to lend a hand where I can.

You honestly sound like exactly the kind of player we built Target Locked around.
We’re a relaxed USTZ-focused high-sec group with a strong community-first mindset. No CTAs, no mandatory fleet participation, no pressure to sit in comms 24/7, and definitely none of the KB rage culture that burns people out of EVE. Most of us are older players, returning vets, or people who simply want to enjoy the game with good company without turning it into a second job.
A lot of your post resonated with us, especially the part about wanting a “retirement home” where you can chill, help out when you want to, and just enjoy logging in again. That’s pretty much the environment we aim to maintain. Some nights people are active in fleets or PvP, other nights they’re just hanging out, running content casually, theorycrafting fits, or talking nonsense in Discord while doing their own thing.
Your experience level would fit in perfectly as well. We’ve got a mix of veterans and newer players, so someone with your SP, calm attitude, and willingness to help others would genuinely be appreciated here. We care far more about the person behind the keyboard than killboard stats or alarm-clock ops.
We operate primarily in high-sec with easy access to low-sec content when people want it, so there’s no pressure to uproot your entire EVE life or get trapped in some massive null-sec machine. We’re independent, laid back, and focused on building a good long-term community.
