if servers running bad most know some kind of crash coming so should not be in expensive ships 1st place I wouldn’t reimburse unless was sudden server crash

Doubtful.
When the nodes shut down then the timer for the event stops and the player cant die. When they log back in they are returned to the system that they were last known to be in that’s not Abyssal space.
So server down should result In 0 deaths.
