As I said in another thread on this issue I would like some form of compensation for this. I pay a monthly fee to subscribe to this game. At the moment I am not enjoying the game because of ‘technical issues’ on your end. I request either a free day of game time be added to my account or something special in-game to make up for this situation.

A paying customer since 2007. That’s 11 years. That’d 132 months. That’s $1,980.00 I’ve spent on a subscription for a single account. I’m not factoring in the PLEX I’ve purchased or the other accounts I have that fluctuate between Omega & Alpha.

I expect a developer to take care of their customers.
CCP has a 50/50 track record of actually caring.
If they were on strike, something could be done. But … well …
There have been 13 updates (as of writing) in the last ~90 minutes. That’s an update every, roughly, 7 minutes.
