Reason for server crash: Hamster chewed through the fibre bundle. Not enough snacks were provided to the hampster.
Problem solved - more snacks provided to said Hampster.

Yup. I suppose it is one of the downsides of the F2P / Alpha thing, it’s something bound to generate a tremendous load on any customer support structure. Classification / segregation then tends to follow in an automated manner.
It’s ok. Not all petitions / support tickets are created equally.
So do I get reimbursed for all 4 of my active accounts or all 12 of my overall accounts?
This will really set me back, because I will not be able to earn some ISK… I hope this will be fixed soon or I will need to grind 150M tomorrow so that I can plex my account again, and grinding that big is really no fun… What a disappointment…
