For the benefit of any young 'uns reading this in the present or future, the ‘magic suitcase’ refers to the ‘Damage Control’ Module which used to have an icon like a briefcase with a red plus sign on it.

pretty much what they are saying, another guy said the same thing is
“they get a message about the danger”
so yeah long in to play, see your starting system is dangerous, log off.
and 2 low slots and you have the rigs if you want to use those for tank
