well the invasion npcs both scouts outside the invasion areas and the full roaming fleet are fight worthy and will kill you. the fob rats that roam are even more so as they have 100 dps a ship and travel in groups of 5 usually how ever in my pocket im in ive found them start doing 10+ in a fleet at a station.
