I am well aware that attacking structures in Sisi is forbiden but what about abandoned ones such as cyno beacon and gates. Only one of each is alowed by solar system, allowing destruction of abandoned ones seems usefull.

It’s consent only on that server. That includes abandoned structures.
Consent is implied if it’s your own alliance/corp that owns it. The other exception is if your alliance owns sov in that system on TQ which typically means they’re your own structures anyway.
