But really though, you should have enterred that piece of artwork to cousin Del’thul’s contest (don’t forget your signature) for prizes.
I don’t do any art for the promise of reward. Only because I want to!
Poking my head out of retirement briefly to say bravo, sir. Bravo. The dynamic use of “speculations” really got me.
Sadly, STPRO will not prosecute a capsuleer agent acting for them for anything other than attacking other STPRO flagged vessels - and even then, the only punishment is exclusion from the STPRO militia program.
Commander Kim could declare her Chief Engineer to be a purple walrus and have him flushed from an airlock and STPRO would not care. Even the State would be unable to prosecute her. Only a voluntarily held citizenship could be withdrawn.
I could, if I were one of the common space rabble, but I am not.
Because I value my honor, reputation and citizenship.
I am an officer of Caldari State, soldier and citizen, and I am obliged to follow laws of Caldari State, regulations of both State Protectorate and Caldari Navy. And as holding citizenship of the State, I am still under Caldari State jurisdiction and can be trialed for any crime that I will commit. This means I can flush Chief Engineer from an airlock only for insubordination, treason or if he will be sentenced by a trial of jury. In every other case it’s me who will be trialed for murder, disregarding where I will claim him to be a purple walrus, or even if by some reason he will be a purple walrus in a disguise.

I salute you for voluntarily choosing to be part of decent society, Commander Kim. More capsuleers should realise that isolation is imprisonment and that we are nothing without our communities.
Well, that all depends on the community

Well we have communities in Null-Sec and I’m allergic to High-Sec so Horde is perfect for me.
